
Obituary for Stuart Dibley
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 70 years, Ruth Ann (Waldron) Dibley of Eitzen; son Jim Dibley (Dawn), of Rosemount, Minnesota; daughter Sue Duerkop (Jason Thompson) of Ettrick, Wisconsin; daughter Joan Wiese (Kelly) of Chaska, Minnesota; grandchildren Brandon Olson (Becca) and Adam Olson (Ashley), both of Houston Minnesota; Megann Skorstad (Travis) of Caledonia; Josh Dibley and Anna Dibley, both of Minneapolis; Courtney Peterson (John) of Lewiston, Minnesota; Ryan Dibley (Kaylynn) of Tucson, Arizona; and Rory Dibley (Tana) of LaCrescent, Minnesota; and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son Scott Raymond Dibley, and by son-in-law Nick Duerkop.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Caledonia United Methodist Church, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m., with lunch to be served after the service. An internment ceremony will follow the lunch at Portland Prairie Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Portland Prairie Cemetery Association or to support the heroic volunteer first responders of Eitzen Minnesota.
